Sausage Balls

1 lb. Sausage (we use Hot Neese's but it's not available everywhere *Yet*)
1 lb. Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Sharper is better ;)
1 1/2 cups Self Rising Flour or Bisquik (we use flour)
Enough Milk to make it hold shape

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, adding milk until the "dough" will form into 1 inch balls and keep their shape.

Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with either Pizza Sauce, Picante Sauce, Spaghetti Sauce, etc.
