Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

This recipe offers a variety of flavors and spices to create the perfect pumpkin seeds to please anyone.

Preheat oven to 325.
Rinse pumpkin seeds, removing strings and pulp.
Prepare you baking sheet with either olive oil, butter or cooking spray.
Spread the pumpkin seeds in a single layer on the baking sheet and stir around a bit to get them all moistened with the oil of your preference.
Sprinkle them with any of the following spice choices or combination.

Spicy / Salty Choices:


Worcestershire sauce, Garlic Powder and Salt

Cinnamon and Salt

Seasoned Salt

Garlic Powder and Onion Powder

Worcestershire Sauce and Seasoned Salt

Taco Seasoning and Garlic Salt

Sweet Choices:


White Sugar, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Salt

Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, White Sugar and Salt

Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. You'll want to stir and check on the seeds every 10 minutes or so until they're slightly golden.

Allow to cool completely and store in a canning jar or air tight container of your choice.

Note: You can always separate these seeds and make a couple of different flavors to please a larger family with different tastes.
