Old Fashioned Pumpkin Pie



1/8 tsp Salt
2/3 cup Sugar
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 2/3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cooked, mashed Pumpkin (thawed pumpkin from freezer)
1 frozen 9" Deep Dish Pie Shell

Preheat oven to 450.

Sift dry ingredients together and stir into eggs. Add milk and pumpkin. Pour filling into Pie Shell. Bake in the hot oven at 450 for 10 minutes then reduce the temperature to 325 and bake 35 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
